2. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, or a member state of the European Union. Employees of Sponsor, its agencies and contractors, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

The giveaway begins when this page is published and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Entry Period").

4. How to enter

Standard entry: Enter your email address in the sign-up form at noajewelry.shop/pages/black-friday-early-access during the Entry Period to receive one (1) entry. Signing up adds you to NOÄ's marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time and keep your entry.

Bonus entry: After entering your email, you may add your mobile number on the next step of the form and agree to receive NOÄ marketing texts to receive one (1) additional entry. You can reply STOP at any time and keep your entry.

Limit two (2) entries per person: one standard entry and one bonus entry. Entries made by automated means, or using multiple or temporary email addresses or phone numbers, are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner. If the winner placed an order on noajewelry.shop on November 1, 2026, Sponsor will refund the merchandise total of that order (after discounts, excluding taxes, duties and shipping), up to $2,000 USD, to the original payment method. If the winner did not place an order that day, the winner will instead receive a $500 USD NOÄ e-gift card. Approximate retail value: $500 to $2,000 USD. Refunds are made in the currency of the original order. Prize is not transferable. Winner is responsible for any taxes. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Drawing and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 2, 2026, and notified by email. The winner must reply within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In accordance with Canadian law, a winner who lives in Canada must correctly answer a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded.

7. General

By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram or Facebook. Nothing in these rules limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Subject to that, Florida law governs.
