NOA JEWELRY is EXCHANGE ONLY. Our policy lasts 30 days. You may EXCHANGE an item within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
We do NOT offer refunds.
We work with a third party shipping company, for that reason ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE THEY ARE PLACED.

It is common for custom orders to experience delays, arrival dates are an estimate. A custom order may not under any circumstances be canceled even if arrived late.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be exchanged.
