Returns & Exchanges
At NOÄ Jewelry, we want you to absolutely love your pieces. That’s why we offer easy exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Items can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Store credit never expires.

We do not offer refunds but we’ll do everything we can to help you find the perfect replacement.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out right away, we’ll replace it at no cost.

We offer Checkout+ to US and CA customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

To start an exchange, please click here and we’ll send you a return label for domestic orders only. Please email us once you ship back your return so we can process your store credit.
Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received: unworn, undamaged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not due to our error.

Canadian customers: Canadian customers may return items for exchange and store credit. Please use our return portal and the provided shipping label. Feel free to email us at customersupport@noajewelry.shop with any questions!
- International orders: Customers outside the U.S. may return items for exchange and store credit, but we kindly ask that you ship the item back to us at your own expense. Please email to start a return.

Shipping & Cancellations
We work quickly to get your jewelry shipped. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled but don’t worry, we’ll still be happy to help you exchange your item once it arrives.
