Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order and 3-4 days for shipping domestic.

We’re happy to offer FedEx 2-Day shipping labels at checkout for faster delivery. Please note:

• Eligible items only: 2-Day shipping is only available for items marked “Available for 2-Day Shipping” on product description.

• If ineligible items are included: Our 3PL will still purchase the 2-Day label for your order when it’s ready to ship, but we won’t be able to guarantee expedited processing for those items.

• No refunds on label purchases: If a 2-Day label is purchased for an order with ineligible items, we unfortunately cannot refund the cost of the shipping label.

First Class USPS delivery is complimentary with all orders to United States.

Free international delivery with a minimum of 199 $ purchases.

Items marked "Pre-Order" are not yet in stock and ship as soon as inventory becomes available. Please note:

• No guaranteed ship date: Pre-order items do not have a fixed or guaranteed shipping date from the time your order is placed.
• No time limit: There is no set timeframe for when pre-order items will ship, as availability depends on restock and production timelines outside our direct control.
• Mixed orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may be held until all items are available, unless you contact us to arrange separate shipments.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. We'll keep you updated and ship your items as quickly as possible once they arrive.
